The singer and actress reflected on her journey since debut, crediting challenges for her personal growth. Her top birthday wish: physical and mental well-being.
“I hope that both myself and COLLAR can participate in more live performances this year,” So said. “As for the Best New Artist award? It represents recognition, and of course I’d love to win. But what matters most is that people enjoy my music. I’ll continue to focus on my work.”
So is currently filming ViuTV’s Hong Kong adaptation of the hit Korean drama What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, a schedule so grueling she has not dined with family in nearly a month. Concerned about her lack of rest, her mother brought nutritional supplements to the set. “The schedule is extremely tight and the filming location is remote, so I stay overnight on-site to maximize rest. I only get about three to four hours of sleep per night,” So explained. However, she added that she had cleared her evening schedule to share a birthday dinner with her family.
The actress also discussed her on-screen chemistry with co-star Anson Lo, noting that while they have yet to become close friends, their intimate scenes—including embraces, hand-holding, and a kiss—were shot on location in Stanley. “We are both very professional.
