HONG KONG — At 38, seasoned media personality Lo Chung-yan, better known as “Mui Tau,” has discovered that maturity has not made her bolder behind the microphone—it has made her more cautious.
Returning to her professional roots at Metro Broadcast, where she first answered phones as a summer intern, Mui Tau sat down with veteran interviewer Yu Ka-keung on the program Life Dialogue for a candid conversation about growth, resilience, and the evolving nature of self-expression.
“Growing up isn’t about daring to say more,” she reflected. “It’s actually becoming harder to articulate what’s truly inside.”
From Switchboard to Spotlight
